Yes, but at really low attack speed.

Also, he can't crit besides his 4th auto.

I was just watching a live stream and he can crit on his other 3 autos, I saw that. Just that his 4th one has special affects added on to it: % Missing Health Damage.

Nah your fine. I kinda thought that too honestly. His passive was kinda misleading since his 4th shot always crits. Though his crits do deal 150% damage instead of the normal 200% because of his final shot from his passive.
