actually is underpowered. I don't care if you lost several games to him before his relentless string of nerfs, that was in the past and he's too weak now. Him, Kalista, and Ivern are currently sitting at the bottom of the winrate list and constantly switching out with eachother. I don't want to hear any "Oh, he's so overpowered because I lost a match against him several months ago." because he was overpowered then and isn't now.
