Back when skill shots actually take skills, like Ez would needs to land things constantly to do anything (excluding Blue Ezreal).

Then there are still nonsense like Lee Sin flying around the god damn map, killing everything in sight with a few button presses just because he has 1 single skill shot in his entire kit which somehow means he is entitled to those free advantages for no reason.

Being all skill shots was kind of his whole thing when he was released, he was kinda hyped as the first all skill shot champion.
