I don't know scuttle seems worse treated in my opinion. He doesn't fight back ever and yet we just kill him for a small amount of vision. On top of that he tries to escape when he takes damage and yet we keep chasing and beating down the poor guy. You can also corner him and beat him up for his money and vision. I know he's new compared to minions but we're still ruthless to him :(

Well since the old lore doesn't exist anymore, minions shouldn't also exist, so that means these minions are something else that is here on their own free will.
They're created and destroyed by the nexus. I dont think they have souls / feelings.
