I thought the same thing.... like, doesnt he get 3-6 stacks with every Q? He should have at least 2000 stacks at 1k CS.....

I do not even play Nasus really and got to 500 stacks in 30 minutes at most..... with 200 cs or so..... so yeah, im thinking 1k CS you are going to get 2k+ xD
