Take a champion ability and make a change that thematically makes sense, then explain a potentially broken situation this might cause.
I'll start: Caitlyn's Ultimate now applies on-hit effects. Thematically this makes sense because its just a bigger bullet that she's shooting. This could be OP because it might proc Statikk Shiv's lightning and make it impossible to save the 100 hp target.

Thematically this makes sense because she has sustain and her beauty and music would rise the fighting spirit.

her ability all now have near global range. Because i doubt that just the people in that little circle can hear the music.
Draven's ult now applies on-hit effects resets his blood rush. He's just throws out 2 axes and catches them on there way back. This is op cause this means Draven now has global on-hit attacks and you could escape/chase more efficiently.
Assault and Battery : Each time Vi ults an enemy, she gains a stack of "loose cannon" and her next death timer is increased by 10% while the chief sorts out all this paperwork. At 5 stacks of loose cannon she gains "off the case". Vi is now on a rampage of revenge and becomes untargetable during her ult. In addition her ult deals true damage.
