Pretty sure that Jarvan's Dragon Strike out-damages Nocturne's Duskbringer at all stages of the game (Flat AND Scaling), is easier to harass with, costs less, and provides him a much more effective steroid in terms of fighting. Why does a tank have a skill that outclasses an assassin in terms of damage, utility, AND assassination potential?
