Possible Yasuo change

So something that I've seen bothering players is that Yasuo's ult gives him massive armor shred after use, even on targets he hasn't caught in his ultimate. Additionally, a lot of power is tied up in his "hidden strengths" of armor shred and double crit. I would like to propose the following power shifts in Yasuo for debate.

A bit sturdier: Increase Yasuo's base HP

Way of the Wanderer- You're next Tryndamere: Double Critical Strike Chance, reduced critical strike damage Removed Wind by my side: Yasuo's flow is increased at all levels

Reasoning: Yasuo's chunking power from crits has taken a big hit early, so he's gaining a bit in the bulk area to help him not get bullied out so hard.

Steel Tempest- Stronger Winds: Damage increased to 30/60/90/120/150 +100% AD from 20/40/60/80/100 +100% AD. Shielding Winds: Damaging an enemy champion also grants Yasuo 10% of his maximum flow.

Wind Wall- Flow Mechanics: Wind Wall's cooldown is reduced by 5 seconds whenever Yasuo's Flow Shield is triggered

Reasoning: having lost his double crit, Yasuo needs some "oomf" in trades. Freeing up power means he can reasonably deal more damage with his Qs. The Flow changes also allow for stronger durability into teamfights

Last Breath- Breathe Easier, Tanks: 50% bonus Armor Pen after using Last Breath Removed Coming for you, squishies: Yasuo now gains double critical strike chance after using Last Breath (duration the same as live Armor Pen) and the flow gained from Steel Tempest is doubled.

Reasoning: Armor shred is traded for the double crit, allowing some additional power other places in Yasuo's kit while still allowing you to reach 100% crit at 2 items FOR A TIME. This allows some breathing room for tanky enemies who aren't caught in the ultimate while also benefitting Yasuo with a recharged shield and faster flow recovery.

I feel as though these changes allow Yasuo to be focused more thematically on his Flow, which was a huge selling point of the "wind samurai" motif he had on release but lost a lot of in the following nerfs. I'd like to hear everyone's opinions on this idea.

TL;DR: Yasuo's crit moved to ult, lost armor pen, more focus on flow.

Wait wait, why should the ult give Yasuo double crit chance when he isn't going to be building any crit chance items because of the new passive?

He'll be building full AD now because of the Q changes you've made is what I mean.

If you take away Yasuo's double crit and buff his base stats and damage, he'll just build like Jax: Botrk, Tri, Full tank. 3 tank items with all that flow regeneration would be glorious though. Putting the double crit on his ult isn't enough to incentivize him to build crit because of how unreliable his ult is.
