...landing your support's CC guarantees you can land your adc's long range poke, and is really frustrating to play against.
One last thing i've seen in LCS is a rengar+ lux or Rengar+ xerath; stealth CC into a MASSIVE ult bombardment that would be hard to hit otherwise.
combo is awesome and rather easy to pull off.
Mid lane Yasuo. Jungle or Top Malphite (Works better with jungle Malphite for the ganks though)
Shouldn't be to hard to guess how they work together.
