Nerf: reduced damage of Taste their fear when isolated significantly.
I don't mind bonus damage, but taking me or my ADC if I'm playing support from 50% to 0% health is in no way Fair and Balanced
untargetability replaced with disjointing effect that only happens for the first .25 seconds upon cast

cough just saying an assassin only taking you from 50%-0% is really lame when you consider he should be taking you from 100-0 in at least 1.5 seconds... I'll admit its kinda toxic, but... still, only way to keep ADC's balanced, y'kno.

Blitz loses his Knock-Up AA Modifier and Silence. His knock up is now an actual skill you have to activate.
