Nerf: reduced damage of Taste their fear when isolated significantly.
I don't mind bonus damage, but taking me or my ADC if I'm playing support from 50% to 0% health is in no way Fair and Balanced

I already hated him, but unfortunately he was still pretty balanced for me to complain about him. Now he isn't.

cough just saying an assassin only taking you from 50%-0% is really lame when you consider he should be taking you from 100-0 in at least 1.5 seconds... I'll admit its kinda toxic, but... still, only way to keep ADC's balanced, y'kno.
