: Q: Enemies who stand in the poison cloud will build up stacks of Mental Poison each second. At 5 stacks that enemy become gain Toxic rage, becoming taunted for 1 second (+.2 seconds per rank) and reducing there MR by 5%. Afterwords the target won't be able to build stacks of Mental Poison be able to for the next 5 seconds.
You see after some research I found that most people tend to chase Singed more often then you think. When Equinox damages an enemy it heals allies standing on it for an equal amount.
I'd like something interesting to happen if I use a Q to connect two flags (possible to have two out with high CDR). I don't know what - whether it be a stat boost or a huge extra CC if it hits both and catches an opponent or what. I just think it's unique enough to deserve something.

His Shield has a greater mana scaling,like 15% or so.

Decoy: enemies hit by the decoy are knocked up. That'll learn you for falling for his decoy :p
