I just hope Riot is sensible and nerfs the mastery and not the champs using it. Their balancing goes to absolute shit when they balance champions around masteries or items they might take, and you end up with cases like Shyvana and Corki who became absolutely irrelevant when said masteries and/or items got utterly gutted.
Technically with the increased jungle timers junglers are gonna be poor as fuck this season, until riot realizes that this can't keep going and they'll make buffs around like they did with the old jungle rework. (Unless they increased also the gold gains, but i haven't seen it written anywhere yet...)
Unless they want a meta populated by high sustain tank junglers that will build support items and early game junglers that will be useless after the laners have bought their second item.
Which knowing how bronze they are it might be.
