Soraka proceeds to cry in a corner.
Well she is supposed to be league's premiere healer... That's her entire purpose. She brings utility through heals. She does negligible damage so when the opposing team has a soraka, you're essentially fighting 4v5. That missing 5th player is made up by great heals on the other 4.
