The manliest of Nasus players imitate Singed, and farm both top and mid at the same time from the enemy base.
12 minions per (combined) wave, 3 stacks per minion. 36 stacks, 42 if you can manage to nab one of the seige minions (48 possible).

Yeah but not really. I rather get an entire wave of stacks than a champion kill with my Q. Even for a full bounty. You will get 18 stacks from the entire wave and 24 if it has a cannon and all the gold and tower pressure that comes with. Think about this, getting a kill on a champion equals 6 stacks and getting 2 cs with a Q equals 6 stacks. Dont go for champion kills just if you want the stacks. Dont save your Q to last hit them either and end up bm'ing. Take this from the nasus main himself with the infernal nasus skin.
