Make your favorite champion perma-banned

Here's how this works. Just over-buff all of their abilities so that they would become perma-banned.

Example:

Sion

Passive: Health does not decay, and maximum health pool is increased by 600% during this time.

Q- Always applies it's maximum effect regardless of how long it's been charged. Width and length is also increased by 300%.

W- You can now instantly detonate the shield, as well as the shield portion having been increased by 200%. The health stacking is now 500 per minion killed, and 1000 per champion killed.

E- Stuns champions for a flat 4 seconds, and goes through all targets. Width and range has been increased by 500%.

R- Now point and click, goes through terrain, has global range, and makes you immune for the entirety of the charge. Impact radius has been increased by 300%.

You get the idea. Now go crazy!

Fury of the Xer'Sai: Upon attacking anything, instantly gains maximum of 1000 fury. Fury does not Decay. Upon going underground, uses 10 fury to full heal

Queen's Wrath: AoE of 500 Units, Total AD ratio of 2.0. Toggle with 0 cost Prey Seeker: Global shot, AoE of 99999999 Teemos (hits everything on map), applies 90% slow, 3.0 AP ratio

Burrow: While underground, is invisible and untargettable. Un-burrow: 3 second knockup on her entire hitbox. No CD per person

Furious Bite: Starts at 1.0 total AD, +1% per fury, up to a maximum of of 11.0 total AD true damage Tunnel: No CD on re-using tunnels, no tunnel limit

Void Rush: Passive: gives 60/12/180% AS Active: Goes to any tunnel or any TP target on the map, cannot be interrupted, Shout louder.

Idk, i think it's a bit UP, needs buffs.
