Its weird how the biggest buffs actually have little to do with changing the champions....

Like that huge azir buff that got him nerfed one patch later.... Or those kallista buffs that were all indirect and made her so OP that even with a sub par win rate in solo queue she needed more nerfs.... Or that HUGE HUGE galio buff that made him nerfed into a sub 49% win rate..... Weird.... Or you know the kench buffs that made it so he needed nerfed

TL:DR the biggest buffs seem to be lcs play time
