Someone read the board's request to lower damage by 10% a little bit off

LOL reminds me of playing starcraft1 and typing in cheat code: poweroverwhelming in bot matches. If there were more than one bots in a free for all, they would be unable to kill each other because the code made them invincible against each other. [sg-ahri-2]
