Official unwritten rules of the League of Legends Boards
Please note that these aren't actually official, UNIVERSAL RULES of the Boards. I'm just memeing. Mostly. Kind of. Just listen.
Do not discuss unrelated topics on the wrong sub. This rule especially pertains to Gameplay posters using Memes and Games posts to spread their opinion about the current state of the game. Stop.
If someone corrects you, be it a grammar mistake or misinformation, please don't edit it out of your original post. It usually ends up making the corrector look delusional. At most just add an edit to the post correcting yourself.

After losing a game, resist the urge to post in the Gameplay sub for a while. Remember that 83% of the time your post will just sound like salt-induced crying.

Shitposting is okay 50% of the time. If it's meant to be bad, and it's funny in its own right, then knock yourself out. However, half-assed, predictable, unfunny Jhin posts (hur level four power spike get it he likes four) can stop.
And uh...
Don't sacrifice dignity for upvotes. Not all circlejerks are wrong, but don't fall into them in a blind search for acceptance from strangers on the internet that play the same video game that you do. In the end we're all just staring at a screen, desperately finding and trying new ways to make other people like us more. So if you want to make a post about how Yasuo is unfun, or how Lee Sin's ultimate is unfair, or how a certain buff or nerf was uncalled for, or how this is the worst state of the game, or how Season X was the best one, or how this game is going downhill, or how a current meta is poisoning this game, or how said meta doesn't actually exist, or how the support role is flawed...

Just think of the following things:
Does this post matter to me, or to other people, therefore to me? Will this change anything? Does it matter that I say it? Has it been acknowledged before? If not, will this be acknowledged? Will it make the others be acknowledged?
Thanks.
