Not sure how many times it should though, maybe, IDK, once per spin? 10 procs over three seconds at level 16 seems pretty reasonable, his E would still apply them slower if he has more than 3.33 AS, which he should only be getting past if his team has Lulu or someone with Ardent Censer (I guess also Ezreal with his W), since full build he usually of course only has 3.32 AS

MrFluffyPuffy2 votesIt´s still possible in trainingsmode, but you need like 5 minutes to get a high enough value of hp to reach negative values. As it seems towers sometimes won´t attack you with negative life.

Busty Demoness2 votesGP and MF were purely cosmetic. Ashe, Sejuani and Lissandra were cosmetic and based off the Freljord event shortly after Lissandra's release.
Kha'Zix/Rengar I'm very certain still exists to (possibly) grant Kha'Zix his 4th evolution at level 18.
Caitlyn's/Vi's actually did have a functional use where if they both took part in an enemy takedown, each would get 10 gold.
Jinx, as far as I'm aware, was cosmetic but still held a running tally of escapes (which was probably whenever she killed Vi/Caitlyn).
