Did you mean 20? Because you can't surrender before the timer hits 20 minutes. Also, consider changing your attitude, many people hardly realize it, but arguing or close-mindedness is normally the cause of lost games. I've seen it a lot, and I've applied more positive thinking, even when I wanted to rage quit and we normally put up at the very least a decent fight before we lose. Other times, it's a close game or a comeback. You don't have to take my word, but I though I may as well just put my 2 cents in.
