Hes not OP just play a counter

rito pls, I'd main a counter champion if you made one.

What ever happened to that barn?

Counter's abilities:

-His Q will be an AOE stun that lasts 3 seconds, on a 3 second cooldown.
-His W would be a 2000 unit dash on a 3 second cooldown. -His E would be a passive that permanently marks all targets around him within 2000 units, whether it be minion, monster, or champion. When the marked target dies, it grants Counter 20 addition health and 0.1% attack speed. His E's active makes him immune to all damage and untargetable for 3 seconds. This does not restrict his ability to be mobile.
-Oh yeah his main passive will be a 3 second stun every third hit. His main passive will also grant his auto attacks to reduce all ability cooldowns by 1 second; if the cooldown of his ability is reduced to zero before 3 seconds, Counter gains a shield equal to 300% of his health. This shield is immune to true damage.
-His R ultimate would be a global stun on all enemy champions, neutral monsters, and enemy minions for 6 seconds. His ultimate wouldn't have a cooldown. Instead it just requires 3 targets, whether it be champion, minion, or monster to be within 2000 units.

Oh did I mention he is rescourceless and gets double the effects from cooldown reduction items, with the hard cap of 40% CDR removed? This sir, is Counter.
