I made a Counter Champion that counters everyone... here she is:

Cuberd, the Counter:

Passive: I am a counter: Cuberd is a counter, and as such, cannot move. She instead gets pushed around by Huslave. If Huslave is killed, Cuberd cannot move. Cuberd is also immune to death, since she is an inanimate object. When Huslave respawns, he walks back to Cuberd. Cuberd can buy items while Huslave is dead or at the fountain.

Q: Drawer: Cuberd throws a draw out. This deals moderate physical damage and silences all champions hit for seventy-two hours, and brings Cuberd closer to the champion she hit with its point-and-click mechanics.

W: Knives: Cuberd throws knives out of one of her drawers. These deal true damage and apply a long-lasting stun stun in a huge-ass AoE

E: Take Apart/Put Together: On the first cast, Huslave throws all of Cuberd's pieces around her. On the second cast, Cuberd fixes herself instantly, teleporting to a targeted piece. Cuberd is immune to damage while she is in pieces

R: I am a human.: Cuberd becomes human for two hours. During this time, she gain 1000% of all of her stats, becomes immune to Max-Health procs or abilities, CC, and heals for 30% of her health every second. She also deals tons of true damage to, and can see, anything within 1000 units of her.

Cuberd Is Countered By: Cuberd

Cuberd is inspired by: Every single new champion whenever it hits the PBE for the first hour.

Counter's abilities:

-His Q will be an AOE stun that lasts 3 seconds, on a 3 second cooldown.
-His W would be a 2000 unit dash on a 3 second cooldown. -His E would be a passive that permanently marks all targets around him within 2000 units, whether it be minion, monster, or champion. When the marked target dies, it grants Counter 20 addition health and 0.1% attack speed. His E's active makes him immune to all damage and untargetable for 3 seconds. This does not restrict his ability to be mobile.
-Oh yeah his main passive will be a 3 second stun every third hit. His main passive will also grant his auto attacks to reduce all ability cooldowns by 1 second; if the cooldown of his ability is reduced to zero before 3 seconds, Counter gains a shield equal to 300% of his health. This shield is immune to true damage.
-His R ultimate would be a global stun on all enemy champions, neutral monsters, and enemy minions for 6 seconds. His ultimate wouldn't have a cooldown. Instead it just requires 3 targets, whether it be champion, minion, or monster to be within 2000 units.

Oh did I mention he is rescourceless and gets double the effects from cooldown reduction items, with the hard cap of 40% CDR removed? This sir, is Counter.
