While I and many other people would love to answer your question, most of the people making this kind of discussion would be on Gameplay or maybe General Discussion so your post should go there.
Jax is a terrifying late-game champ who gets major powerspikes from the items he purchases lane bullies who can deny his farm do very well against him. In a fight if he built tank or off-tank focus the enemy ADC or midlaner before him as they will probably outdamage him in a fight, if he built straight damage then focusing him is the best solution if he is fed. I love playing jax and enemies like darius who can freeze the wave and bully really easily can stop him for a while but eventually he will out-scale (unless the enemy top is Nasus).
