Over Innsmouth7 votesBeing able to rush Rylais is a plus, but it still can't make up for how utterly shit his early game is. It's nicer than before sure, but sprinkling silver onto a turd means you've still got a turd, it's just sparkly. The AP and HP losses arent really too noticable, but you'll feel it if the game goes too long.
I'm considering putting a Ludens in my build to make up for the lost AP, possibly even swapping out Rylais for it.
Bear in mind, both pre and post Rylais nerfs, Vlad is basically gutter tier, in no small part due to the LCS abuse that a coordinated team and a Vlad-specialized composition can pull off.

Since a large part of his LCS dominance is related to his ult (and having teams to support landing multi-man Haemoplagues and taking advantage of the damage amp), you could either nerf the CD of Haeomplague so that you'd have to use it carefully and plan fights around it rather than constantly having it up, or nerf the early damage amp % (say 8%/10%/12%) and make it scale.
With that, Riot could look into buffing his base stats (MS and base health in particular) and his basic abilities, which he desperately needs.

Faceroll Tactics2 votesIt doesn't match his central theme at all. As a former vlad main, I found that academy vlad was my favorite skin because it used the original particles (which were good) and I'm a special snowflake because I'm one of few who uses it.
And then vlad got gutted and left on the streets to die.
Over Innsmouth3 votesI personally love Acadimir's aesthetic, but his base model and animations are so garbage that its a pain to use. If he gets a VU (like he deserves) it'll probably be his best non-SS/BL skin.
I almost exclusively use Soulstealer, Blood Lord, and Count personally.
