Patch Notes for the patch that covers April 1.

• Yasuo will be deleted on April 1.
• Riven will be deleted on April 1.
• Everyone will be unable to use chat. This means your only communication will be with pings towards your teammates.
• In regards to the previous note, MIA pings (the ? ping) will also be disabled.
