I understand what you mean; we've had 5 Red posts in the EUNE comment section over the past 3 years (yeah, a lot, ain't it), and on one of the occasions, the Red making that post (Draggles; to clarify something) got the response "Poland and bronze need solo server riot pls" [sic].
I found myself having a sudden urge to strangle that person for his ignorance and stupidity.
However, while I understand their perspective, that's not really an excuse to not engaging in a discussion at all. They feels harrassed, or the thread fills with spam and irrelevancy, the Board mods needs to step in and handle it. The Red's just (and this is unfortunate) need a thick skin, unless neither of them have that and that's why we don't see them. I dunno, but I don't buy the "company can't-tell-you policy" BS anymore.
I've been wanting to have a serious discussion with some Red's about details or just a general subject on many occasions (mostly in the EUNE comment section - especially when they tell us "let us know what you think below"), but seemingly with no interest from them (they don't ever respond there), it leaves me to not care either - and bash them for their apparent lack of care, if I am to be brutally honest.
