I did some calculations with lux,morgana,leona,zyra and ashe you can stun someone in place for 12.5-14.5 seconds. since ashe's ult tim based on how far someone travels. now also as too what asphodel previously said with cdr runes leona and morgana stuns could be up again in 6 seconds also morgana and lux can lock someone in place for 5 seconds with 2 abilities alone adding in zyra and leona mkes it so you could stun someone forever with 40% cdr
Lux doesn't have a stun.
Does Zyra have a stun that isn't connected to her knockup?
Twisted Fate and Brand can keep someone stunned forever, since they both have 2 second stuns on 3.6 second cooldowns. (Brand's Sear with Blaze and Twisted Fate's gold card.)
ur calculations are wrong, lux and zyra have no stuns those are snares, and u want udyr brand and tf as the have the shortest stun cds after all udyr has a 2 second stun on a 4 second cd, and thats not applying cdr, same with twistfate and brand as mentoned below
