While I'm not thrilled about it, at least they didn't give us an entirely different ranked system for 5 seasons then force everyone to switch.
Also, Overwatch has built in voice comm, so people not in a full group have a much better chance of communication and coordination. It's not used a ton right now, but I expect when ranked comes out and people get more serious about being competitive it will be a welcome feature.
I was a WoW player before i came to league. i can tell you for a fact Blizzard response to the community is 10000000% worse than Riots. frankly i think the DQ whining is a little much but seeing Riot taking a page from Blizz really scares me. PSA though, leaving for a blizz game and hoping for a better experience is a huge mistake.

Overwatch looks fun, but not worth the $60 price tag. Way too little in the way of content, if you ask me. I hear the "this game sucks, I'm going to Overwatch!" argument all the time on Eventhubs in regards to Street Fighter 5 (an admittedly shallow game atm). Dummies will be dummies.
