You hate what hurts those you love and care for. That is the literal instinctive purpose of hate. Go back in time and tell a lied to and captive native american not to hate. Go tell slaves of any culture in the past not to hate. In fantasy tell the men of Gondor not to "hate" orcs. Moral high grounds are those unrealistic things people with no real experiences preach from their arm chair.

Also she "hates" everything in an angsty goth way. She only actually hates most humans and yordles. Considering Riot changed yordles to make them annoying, deceptive and fae like there could be plenty of reasons.

Tbh most players have some other sound like music in the backround to loud to hear voice lines anyways, and personally the sassy sarcastic and edgy VO makes it more interesting.
