Fizz on URF

I love to URF with fizz. Cooldown with e is around a second and a half. In my games, I would not get poke at all sometimes and be able to finish off multiple people with only half my health. Thats how I got my first penta.
shaco is the least fun to play against in URF. all he does is stack boxes.
