: only over 15k sadly. I would try to max his level, but with most top champs anymore, he just can't keep up. if they aren't manaless like who just spam every ability till you die, then they have some kind of mechanic like or 
that punish you hard for getting close while they poke you from a distance. honestly the only champs I've felt I could over take without jungle support are

. I'd hate start asking for a rework of some sort (especially since has been in need for over a year now), but with armor nerfs in bound, he could at least use a buff or something.
