I feel this way if I'm playing a champ that's sort of supposed to kamikaze so the rest of the team can clean up. You know, someone like (Devourer-build) , who snags the carry, blows them up, maybe takes down a few with him, but almost invariably is killed in the process after his gap-closers are used up. But he can take down their primary damage-dealers, and he also almost always allows for an Ace.
