Tough match up for sure since Vlad needs to poke all day, and Fizz can honestly all in whenever he wants to go for a kill. You really just need to save your pool for his all in's though and in theory you should be OK. Get that spell vamp ASAP.

- one who brings a broken-ass fish champion who thinks he has skills by clicking one button to remove himself from a game & dealing tons of unreasonable burst damage.
or
- one who brings a range top expecting to fight against a pure melee champion like Darius or Malphite since he can literally poke them from a range as much as he likes.
