When the Giant Teemo spawned, I became invulnerable for the rest of the game.

Mine was when i bumped a yasuo into a wall with Azir and he flipped out and flew off the map until the wall despawned.

I had one where a bard died and his body was stuck in its walking animation. Also in dominion, I killed a bot and the aannouncer yelled double kill dispite there only being 1 kill.

EDIT I also have had a glitch where Rammus would get stuck in his W stance for the rest of the game.

Not so much a bug as it is odd interaction...

But an enemy ADC (pretty sure it was Ashe) takes Thresh Lantern as I jump on her with Old Fiora's Ultimate. Thresh Lantern takes her through terrain and my ultimate keeps striking her as we both pass through the terrain. She dies before she gets to the other side.

Yasuo : Wind wall did not block item 3152 .... not even joking, they killed me with proto belt, THROUGH my wind wall.
