I got accepted and then I couldn't do anything because in order to play in a match I had to purchase a champion. Sure they only costed one IP, but I didn't have any IP to start with to buy one to play with to begin with. So I basically got accepted for nothing.

all champions able to be used in PBE cost one lp to unlock, however you can spend the full cost of RP to unlock them if you wish. I just don't want to pay Riot to test out changes.

Apparently my PBE client is f*cked up then because I had neither lp or rp when I tried it.

Just try to use the free week champs. It might give you the IP and RP you need when you hit 30. Only needs 1 game.
