I played Jungle Karthus recently... the enemy jungler picked kindred :P
I saw someone complaining about how OP Karthus was in Gameplay since "he doesn't even need to try aiming unlike Ezreal, Ashe, and Draven to hit anyone with his ultimate."
Clearly they never played against Karthus.

yea they legit need rewark karthus cuz he is so bad with all the new champs counter him

yea... once i first picked Karthus (not a good idea) and literally the entire enemy team picked champions specifically to counter my ult, and nothing more. feelsbadman

What if they made Karthus ult like Zeus ult from DOTA 2? Zeus ult doesn't deal a lot of damage but its instant. They could reduce the scaling on his ult and make it instant.

Karthus' ulti isn't even the most annoying ability he possess, so usualy i don't even bother to pick those champions against them.
When you get first pick and you're not in support position. Main reason I became a support main... stuck in elo hell because i can't carry my whole team, or myself
