So many people think the Q is why Garen can beat Riven, but when Riven baits out your Q and ends up losing a trade while you're knocked up and stunned she learns the truth.

Funny thing is, before Riven would just hope to outscale Garen. Now she can't really do that because if she gets a kill, guess who deals tons of true damage to her? ahahahahahahahahaha
