As someone who uses PBE mainly to see how some changes affect Morde know this; You ain't missing out on anything.
I was on pbe for a while but stopped playing it because it took forever to get into matches to try out the new stuff.
I signed on to the PBE 6 months ago and I'm still not on. I wish it was like HoTS where you could just install a PTR right off the bat.
Well now I feel bad...I got in the last wave of acceptances
TBH, it's not even that much fun. I mostly play League with friends, and only one of them has access to the PBE like I do. It takes forever to get into a que, and even then people just give up after 5 minutes.
I have a PBE account but I never use it because I don't have the time to update the client. I'd give my access to you if it was allowed.
Huh..wonder if I still have a PBE account from season like...two..
