Maximum Morde1 votesShe used to have nice AP ratios and dealt magic damage so could be built either AP or AD. It's a nod to Rito giving us AP Poppy players the finger. Interestingly they gave us the finger on AP Trist as well.

AP assassin Trist was fun as hell. AP Poppy was about equal with AD Poppy on account of better build path and better mana options.
