Uh. Anivia super counters veigar. anivia has way ebtter zone control. SHe has wall and ult. Anivia also excells at punishing low mobility champs like veigar. She also is one of the few ap champs that can survive his full burst. Their is literally likt no time that a anivia should lose to a veigar. the most a veigar can hope for is to go even but even that is ahrd because anivia is a better farmer.
