GP can have oranges but Graves can't have a Cigar.
bottom of the sea... the sea is made of water... water makes a splash... can't have cigars in splash arts!
From what I know the exposure of bones is considered Taboo in eastern regions (Don't remeber if in China, Japan both or other). By this Jurassic 
shouldn't be present all.
But Graves can't have a cigar.
The reason why Graves can't have a cigar on his default skin is because in many cultures, not just eastern ones like China, smoking is seen as taboo.
But paid for skins are different.
Also yeah, the human bones and stuff is an issue for Asian (mainly Chinese) cultures.
Why is this such a big discussion? I honestly don't get it. I didn't give a crap either way about his cigar, but TBH his splash looked better with it. but why is there such goings-on about it STILL?
ooooh i got an idea for a new "w" for graves... "graves throws his cigar to the ground silencing the enemies in an area by making them cough"
