Riven's what is so broken? Her sword? Well... yeah. It is.
I don't think she is broken, I just think she has such a low skill floor that it makes it near impossible for her to misplay and be punished for it.

To play her perfectly is another story, its amazing to watch it.. but even bronze trash can just use the power of brute force to beat half the roster.
