All Champion Abilities now function like Kled's W (Violent Tendencies).

In that, they're used as soon as they're off cooldown.

For AoE spells and skillshots, they're cast as soon as the cooldown is up where-ever your mouse is. For AA resets and enhancers, they're the same as Violent Tendencies. For point-click spells, they're immediately cast on the nearest enemy unit within range, prioritizing Champions.

Who is now better/worse/Aatrox tier?
