Make Disconnects turn into bots
How about when someone disconnects they turn into a bot, it would be better than them just being useless.

Sure they wouldn't be useless, they would just be feeding. Totally better then having an afk team member, obviously.
it actually is, since having to play 4v5 is much worse, with the 4 of you getting to be the feeders instead. with the bot, you can use it to your advantage knowing that they will target it, you use for bait.

You know, 0 contribution is at least still better than negative contribution.
I'm with a lot of people when they say that bots are effectively worse than no one at all. However, I think that's a problem with the way the game was designed itself rather than the bots. People being capable of outright helping the enemy is a major reason the community is so horrendous (I hate to use words like that, but I really do believe it's that bad in this case), contrast to other multiplayer games like TF2 where the worst you can do is not help, and thus players aren't nearly as bad.
Unfortunately, I don't know what could be done to help that issue without changing the game entirely. I still think it's one of the major issues with the game.
