I used to be relatively decent on pre-work vlad but I just can't get the hang of using his e and empowered Q. Its like whenever I get my Q empowered the enemy just stays way back because they know that its coming with how telegraphed it is and the short range. Then with his E, again is pretty straight forward that he's gonna use it. You see it charging, you see him moving towards you since it can be body blocked you just stay on the otherside of your minions.
ON the other hand, I've seen people do pretty good with him. Just not my play style I guess.
