Clearly Vayne was both envious and enamoured by Soulstealer Vladimir's unrelenting sexiness, his pale skin, spooky corset and his loving, charming, warm smile:

They're both lovers of the night, pursuers of dark magic, and have excellent taste in fashion. It's obvious that they are meant to be together, and now Riot is finally validating that.

(also is it just me or did Riot completely forget about Kalista in making this skin?)
