garen's e now applies lifesteal

and spellvamp. It also applies grievous wounds and applies a mark of Justice for each tick of damage, after 5 ticks they will be stunned and take 15% of their maximum life as true damage.

Maybe thats too overboard though?

MasterYi 's Q gets an instant CD reset when it damages any enemies. And it applies 100% lifesteal. And he taunts while doing it. Makes that damn Teemo laugh.

Ashes' passive now can go over 100% with items and the excess crit chance above 100% becomes crit damage.

Gangplank His W gives him a spell shield.

Aatrox Gets life equal to the damage he does with abilities.

Shyvana Burnout now boosts AD and AP by 5% per level up to 25% at level five of the ability, and no longer loses speed while active. However after Burnout has entered cooldown, Shyvana loses up to 25% AD, AP, and movement speed while Burnout is on cooldown.
