I don't understand when people say no re for no reason. For ex: someone gets a kill: "GG NO RE" it just doesn't make sense.

I used to always take heal when I played Soraka.

People lost their shit sometimes, but... it helped. And sometimes giving your ADC a little speed boost while their own heal and flash are down makes it a surprisingly useful offensive choice.

don't forget defensive heal as well

soraka actually does have cooldowns and a burst of it can save someone. It's not "optimal" but it sure is great for iffy situations

also, it can be funny to watch the enemy team wonder how a half-health champ suddenly became full health XD
