Can he be played at a high skill level? Yes. But he's not hard.

how is YAsuo easy by any means

I see Yasuo as a plat champion (meaning you have to be at around a plat level to do well in at least 75% of games). I dunno if I'm right though.

The amount of games I've played with him has nothing to do with my point. My point is that he's a scarecrow, get it?

I should probably rephrase. I think Heimer takes skill to play, BUT I think he is a bad champion to try to learn how to play when one is first learning the game. He is very simple to play, does not need to learn how to last hit, and the turrets protect him from over extension.

One of my buddies plays Heimer a lot and he still does not know how to last hit well on other champions after playing the game for 8 months. He also has no idea when to engage or disengage, in fights nor does he understand how he frequently over extends.

Him learning how to play the game through heimer probably led to him forming several bad habits due to Heimer's style of play.

The last game I played with him a couple months back, he went top with Heimer and said he was destroying a . He was shoving the brand under tower and harassing him. Had a zz rot and banner of command so the tower was going down.

Mid way into the game Brand shows up to a team fight and gets a quadra kill. I then look at the Brands items and score line. The Brand had a lot more CS than my friend (150 to my friend's 90), had not died, and was up on items compared to the team. Brand remained incredibly dangerous the remainder of the game.

My friend did not understand how the Brand was so strong and killed everyone. He was quite baffled by how strong he was and I had to explain to him that he simply has more gold than the average player in this game. I told him that yes, you harassed him and took his tower but you still "lost lane" by not killing him and not out farming him.

It was almost I spoke another language, my friend was shocked by the Brand's strength. I believe we won that game after struggling in the mid-game, but we won because we simply focused on Brand every fight.

My friend has probably improved since then, but he doesn't play normals much and just plays ARAMs. I think he may have gotten discouraged because he still lacked basic mechanics to play normals.
