I'm a support main, so I'll gank a lane, give the laner the kill, then take one caster and leave. My lategames are always bad for some reason.
I only takes cs from lanes as a jungler when you aren't in your lane. and your walking back.....you can tell me no all you want but you cant stop the Yi from taking what he wants.
if the jungler gets the kill instead of the laner, he shouldnt tax lane
I only tax if I fail a gank, specifically if I fail and its because my laner didn't get off his farming ass to help. then I tax, because I need the gold more to stay relevant.

Think of the Jungler as the IRS... he is gonna tax you.. if you complain... he will tax you more... and then fine you (300 gp) if you got the 300 gp fine first, you probably deserved it if he died and gave the lane a double kill... tax returns are pretty shitty sometimes...
