Botrk > Hextech most of the times I've played her. Also I've found Sterak's Gage to be a game-ender as her 4th or 5th item. The synergy with trinity force and the massive shield combined with her passive makes it so that when you dive in and delete someone you don't have to run away and can just stay there and continuing killing other people.

Also, more people need to know about Jungle Poppy, cause that's by far the scariest thing you'll ever face.
